On a daily basis, we are hit with so many options for everything and the choices can be overwhelming! 🀯 What’s the best foods to eat and when, what’s the most effective workout, what brand of a certain product should I get??? 🀯😣 You get the idea πŸ’‘ But a common thread through everything is personal choice as many variables have to be looked at including if we did or got a certain thing, would it result in what I wanted as the outcome? We have to know our goals to be able to make the right choices with things. If we eat junk food πŸ”πŸŸ all day every day and had zero movement-this goal will be very different to someone who eats a balanced, nutritious diet πŸ₯˜πŸ€πŸ₯—πŸ₯© and has an active life πŸ‘£ Thankfully πŸ˜… we don’t all have the same tastes either-‘variety is the spice of life’ right? What we can do is to educate ourselves πŸ€“ to be able to make informed choices so that these choices of ours can still be our personal ones but at least informed and not only relying on falsities ❌  #education #beinformed#personalchoice #variety #goals #fitinspo #fitness#movement #love #choices #motivation
