Goals in the distance

​Ahead of a busy week where I know the stress for me is going to be heightened, it can be easy to ask ‘Why am I doing certain things?’ Have a more stress free life! 😩 But I think to have some goals or mini plans always help-no matter how far in the distance they are. This week is leading to a pre-test for taekwondo πŸ₯‹ for me, so if I pass I’ll be able to do the main one at the start of December 🀞With powerlifting too, I’ve also listened to advice to maybe push myself to another competition too after that in the spring of next year. πŸ‹️‍♀️ More surrounding myself with those who are more experienced and skilled to be able to learn and takes notes from! Friends and family recently have also been talking about taking trips-even mini ones and these are good to have in your sights also-to balance out the stress and maybe act as little rewards even! πŸ‘™☀️πŸŒŠπŸ–️ Gives a chance to also re-evaluate who you want in your life when things are so stressful and there’s so little free time.
