There’s a whole list of health benefits that walking provides but we can also look at the other ‘why’. 🧐 People have their own versions from distance, time, pace and route. These can all change too depending on mood, time available and even weather being a factor. Why people walk can show that it’s worth giving it a try if it’s something you haven’t done. Some people walk listening to music or podcasts so it can be energizing, calming or educational. Other times people have none of these and only take time with their thoughts and external factors. These can be times that people need to make sense of problems they may be facing or decisions they need to make. The external factors can be a sense of distraction or relief by interacting with others or witnessing positive activities. Walking can be a time to have company from friends or family and share bonding times with them making new memories and happily reminiscing on old ones. So we can see that leaving all the health benefits aside, there are many other reasons why a walk can be a part of our living! πŸ‘£πŸ˜
