Uncomfortable rewards (original post Apr 29th, 2021)

Uncomfortable 🥵😣 rewards 🥳 Well, this can apply to so many things! Being uncomfortable with learning something new, being in social situations that we aren’t used to...so many! 😣 I think if we at least try to push ourselves that little bit, we can get the little rewards even. I was reminded of this when I got a success cert this morning for completing another course recently. It’s one that I found tough to be honest as it’s not something I’ve studied or known much about before. But that makes completing something that bit more satisfying! To know you did it and got through it! There are so many things at the minute where most days I’m thinking there are no words 😶 and my lil brain 🧠 isn’t able for it 😫 But one thing-I’ll at least try. Let’s see if we can get a few other things ticked off! ✅ So, whatever it is-try it at least-be uncomfortable!
