 True friendships can come from family or friends near or far I believe 🥰 What I truly believe though is who is there for the good and bad-that’s the measure of how true a friendship it is-without even having to talk every day or see often but when you do, it’s like you only left off yesterday ☺️When you are so happy with something, like good news…who are the ones you would want to share it with? 🧐When sadness or hardship has you down, who are the ones you would even want to be around? 😔With these strange times in the world 🌎, we have been given some more of one thing if we are lucky-time. Time to realise who and what we want in our lives. Like material things, we can also look at those people in our lives that we want to keep around or who we may not have had as much time together as we would have liked and so we want to make things better. I know so many of us have chased things that were not right for us or not meant to be. It’s times like this that I’m thankful to have been able to be reminded of how lucky I am with the friends in my life…places I’ve been with them, laughs we have had, pain we have shared. Some I have grown up with and these are the special ones more than anything. When I haven’t been the best person to be around even to myself-they are still ones I call forever friends and that’s something I think we should be so grateful and thankful for. Who are the ones that put a smile 😊 on your face when you think of memories shared together or that you are so happy when they get in touch? They are the ones to put the time and effort into.
