 Last pics from earlier when I was at my fave place once more for this time...mixed feelings about leaving-some sad (as u can tell by the Snapchat filtered pic! 😂) (Reason why I don't post many pics of me! 🤣)It all hit me checking in earlier 😢-needed a good hug at that time! 😢...a lot to think about and decide when I get home. Thanks Toronto and Canada 🇨🇦...u have definitely been a rollercoaster 🎢 experience but something I am so glad to have done as I needed it. Met some great people that I hope stay good friends ☺️ The time has opened my eyes to a lot and been helpful to me in many ways...onwards and upwards from here. So, Toronto I'll say see ya 👋 for now!

​Still seeing photos and videos and having chats about my 2nd ever powerlifting competition last Saturday! Goals in the distance

​Ahead of a busy week where I know the stress for me is going to be heightened, it can be easy to ask ‘Why am I doing certain things?’ Have a more stress free life! 😩 But I think to have some goals or mini plans always help-no matter how far in the distance they are. This week is leading to a pre-test for taekwondo 🥋 for me, so if I pass I’ll be able to do the main one at the start of December 🤞With powerlifting too, I’ve also listened to advice to maybe push myself to another competition too after that in the spring of next year. 🏋️‍♀️ More surrounding myself with those who are more experienced and skilled to be able to learn and takes notes from! Post trip thinking time 💭

​ ​Funny how a break from routine can let your mind think of different aspects of your life so that when you return it’s clearer where your interests lie and what changes you want to make 🫣 One thing on the trip was that the food choices weren’t the best so I felt myself craving colour today! Spinach, prawns 🍤 and peppers 🫑 did that job! 😋 Only got back last nite so even though I am still so tired, I was so excited to get a gym session in…it’s like medicine! 🏋️‍♀️ Being honest, my biggest struggle was work-huge lack in motivation. I’ve been through times that I got into a rut and should have made changes sooner. Is this a time I have seen that it’s needed.
