Take a bow 2020! (original post Dec 31st, 2020)

So much to say about this one! 😟 But then again, a lot is best left unsaid 🤐
2020 was like dodgeball-when the aim was to try get out of the way of the madness, or like baseball and trying to hit the negative moments right out of the park ⚾️
Sticking with ball analogies-let’s try sink that winning shot for 2021! 🏀 
Who else will do it for us? 🧐🤨 (I hear a mixture of crickets 🦗 and tumbleweed there! 🤣) 
Even when we are told everything stops, the world 🌎 keeps turning so we either adapt or let it take over. 
Strengthen, rebuild, reconnect, flourish, de-clutter-these actions relate to people and things that we have been given a chance to work on during this time of unknown. 
Don’t let our dreams go though 🙃🙃🙃 they can still be kept alive and worked towards but we have been given this time to work on getting closer to them! 🙌 Whatever goals we have, big or small, it’s good to have some, I believe-to have something to look forward to-so that we can focus on the now and how we can keep that good feeling or change something to make things better.
We have all had losses and negativity in some way in all of this-but it’s how we choose to let it affect our now and future. Nobody can change the past. 
Remember to reach out-there is always someone…even an ear can help so much-circles don’t always have to be the biggest but you will know once you stop and reflect who belongs in yours & those who have drifted may hopefully return if they see clearer too or else they are for another circle. 
So thank you 2020-you have played your part well 😰 make way now for 2021 🥳 where lessons you have taught us can be put to the test.
Some new ways of doing things can take time to get used to-like Bambi on ice 🧊 but baby-steps can help-get the journey right along the way learning as we go…don’t rush to the finish and leave chaos in our path and not have gained anything.
