In the silence, who is there? πŸ₯° (original post Aug 11th, 2020)

So many people’s lives have been forced to be in an unwanted place for now. So much uncertainty, worry and confusion πŸ˜”Even with many things stopped and no movement happening, there was still noise-still wondering and planning what to do next and getting through the days with whatever new routines were for us.
But it’s when there’s true silence that we need to notice who and what comes to mind. Who are we thinking of? What are we thinking of? These are things that matter. It’s no good assuming people or things will be there regardless-I think we have all been shown that change can be forced upon us without our say.
There’s no time limit, I believe, on it being too long since we have seen or spoken to someone. Make that call, send that message. At least try. Yes, the worst feeling is being ignored but what have you got to lose a lot of the time?
Gestures don’t have to be big and time consuming-I mean, some people are out of work and still busier than ever trying to keep active and occupied! But a tea/coffee date, a walk, dinner date-whatever is possible-take it. The ones who come to mind and heart in times of silence-listen and take note and act. A little can start a lot ❤️ #talk #family #friends #bethere #fullheart #love #lovelife
